Dominic's Roles:  Sales Assistance, Product Training, and Price Negotiation

Dominic is proud to represent Benefit Profiles Inc. An avid supporter and member of the Michigan and West Michigan Associations of Health Underwriters, Dominic began his career under the tutelage of very strong agent-centered mentors.  Pat Siciliano and John McClain who owned and operated Agent Alliance Corporation instilled in him the key pillar to the GA benefits business—relationships with agents. Dominic has taken this idea and translated it into the spirit of BPI as he now works to develop tools and resources to allow agents to bring solutions to their clients' pains.  Dominic will contact you to follow up on quotes, consult on sales, product and growth strategies, as well as enrollment and benefit communication ideas for employers.  Dominic is a huge Michigan State Basketball fan, and most enjoys spending time with his wife Janelle and four children.

Lena's Roles: Office Operations and Escalated Service Issues

Lena is what makes this little engine go. She’ll quote, write and service your groups. And she’s not afraid to mix in some dry humor with you too.  Lena is a veteran of the benefits business, working as a compliance manager for MEBS. She has extensive knowledge of the in's and out's of the carriers we represent and she takes pride in solving problems quickly and accurately.  In addition, since Lena's background is working with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan in the TPA setting, she brings an added understanding to the agent's day-to-day challenges on the core medical side as well.  She’s an avid University of Michigan football fan (which we don’t hold against her) and a dog lover as well.

Tammy's Roles: Sales assistance, Product Training, and EaseCentral management

Tammy's history makes her uniquely suited to head up our Benefit Admin Sales Department.  She spent several years in the Blue Cross Managing Agency Agent Alliance Corporation in all facets of the business but mainly as Sales Representative then Director of Operations.  Most recently she was Director of the Sales Office for Principal.  Tammy heads up our EaseCentral services and works with agents to build, maintain and deliver benefit admin to your groups.  In addition she will visit agencies to discuss BPI updates as run one-on-one enrollments.  Tammy is married, has three children and grandchildren.  She and her husband are constantly on the go camping and traveling and unfortunately like Lena she too is a Michigan fan.  

Erin's Roles: Ancillary Quoting and New Aetna Business

Erin graduated in 2015 from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelors of Arts in English and Writing. She interned for BPI in college, but went to work as an Auto Claims Adjuster at Farmers Insurance after graduation. After a couple years away, Erin came running back 'home' to join our team and now handles all quoting for both ancillary and Aetna. Erin is married to her college sweetheart. Their dog Shandy runs their lives. Together, they enjoy off-roading in their jeeps, woodworking, and watching the Detroit Lions! Her ultimate goal is to be a New York Time Best-Selling author.

Hannah's Roles: Assisting with EaseCentral

Hannah recently graduated from Cornerstone University with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Management. At BPI Hannah started out handing all things customer service and now works alongside Tammy assisting with EaseCentral. She played collegiate volleyball as a right side hitter all 4 years. Now, she enjoys going to the beach and playing pick up volleyball, rollerblading with friends, spending time with her family and boyfriend, thrift shopping, and eating ice-cream. It's tough to say what her favorite flavor is, but on this very day it's birthday-cake.

Collin's Roles: Sales Assistance

Collin was a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management. He was a goalkeeper for the Men’s Soccer Program for 4 years. Now, he enjoys spending time with his wife and friends playing golf. There are few things that Collin loves more than Michigan Football, so as always Go Blue!

Rikki's Roles:  Customer Service and Aetna Quoting

Rikki is a dual graduate of Word of Life Bible Institute and Cairn University where she earned her degrees in Theology and Business Administration. While in school, she also played college varsity basketball for four years as a Forward Post. Outside of working, her life revolves around being a pain to her love Gregory, chasing her nephew Liam, hanging out with her family, and Saturday breakfasts and thrifting with her Aunt.
